星期六的中午，我和妈妈来到外婆家。我瞅见桌子上的饺子皮，就知道一定又有美味的饺子可以吃了!谁知等会儿外婆有事要出去，所以，饺子要靠我们自己动手，哎，我们只得自己动手了。

来到厨房里，妈妈做午饭，外婆做饺子馅料，而我就站在旁边看着外婆。外婆用洋葱和蘑菇加猪肉做馅。她首先拿出三个洋葱，先将它们清洗干净，然后切成薄片，再切成小丁。外婆切着切着眼泪就不由自己主地掉了下来。妈妈说：“你们要听话呀，奶奶做饭都在哭。”我心想：明明就是洋葱的威力大，还说什么外婆为我们掉眼泪。终于切完了洋葱，外婆双手一捧，小丁们就到了他们新的“家”——盆子里。然后外婆从柜子里来出自己秘制的辣椒罐，用手抓了一大把辣椒放进盆子里。突然电话铃响了，接了电话外婆便匆匆忙忙地走了。妈妈便接手了外婆的“工作”妈妈又按照外婆的方法将刚晒好的蘑菇和芹菜切好了，放进了盆里。然后又将刚切好的肉末放进盆子里加上了各种佐料：_盐、五香粉……等等。最后她用按摩功成功地将肉菜合一了。

馅料做好了，我用碗打了一碗清水，还洗了手，一切都准备就绪了。我学着妈妈的样子，把饺子皮往手上一摊，再在饺子皮周围抹上一圈水，这样饺子皮在包的时候才能更好地黏住。接着就是最重要的一步了：放馅。为什么说他是最重要的一步呢?因为饺子的形象就取决于它。如果包少了就像一个打了败仗的士兵，反之，如果包多了就会像一个大胖子似的，一定要包的不多不少才好。我拿起勺子，先舀了一勺，觉得有点儿少了，于是又舀了一勺，最后将饺子皮的两端合上，可是那些馅料好像不大喜欢这饺子皮似的，都想逃出去，我只得任它们逃。哎!第一个饺子以失败告终，毕竟万事开头难嘛。我吸取第一个饺子的经验，馅料越放越少，终于还算有模有样了!
